Before you get started, be certain that your Galaxy Note 2 is the GT-N7100 model.
As at all times, you need to backup your device and cost it to no less than 80 percent. Lastly, enable USB Debugging mode by navigating to Settings -> Developer Options.
Putting in Android Jelly Bean (XXUENB1) On Samsung Galaxy Note 2
1) Download the firmware bundle and Odin v3.09, available
here and
here.
2) Put your Galaxy Note 2 in download mode by holding the Volume Down, Residence and Energy buttons. When a warning prompt seems, press Volume Up.
three) Unzip Odin v3.09. Right click on on Odin v3.09.exe and run the appliance as an administrator.
4) Using your USB cable, join your Galaxy Note 2 to your computer. You need to see one of the ID:COM fields turn blue in Odin. If this doesn't happen, reinstall your pc’s USB drivers.
5) Inside Odin, press AP and choose the .md5 file.
6) Make sure Re-Partition is deselected, then test Auto Reboot and F. Reset Time.
7) Press begin, which can start the installation process. Do nothing till this completes.
8) Your Galaxy Note 2 will reboot and you’ll officially be running Android 4.4.2 KitKat.
